Jingumae International Exchange School

Jingumae International Exchange School is an international school providing a high-quality all-English education for students from three years of age through grade 6. JIES is proud to be an active participant of a unique international exchange project which it is having with a Japanese elementary school in shared facilities located behind Omotesando Hills. As part of the project, the two schools hold international exchange activities so that the Japanese and our international student body have a better understanding of each other. The project also requires that we are unable to accept students whose both parents are of Japanese nationality. We already have students representing over 10 nationalities despite the short history. JIES is strongly committed to developing an international and multi-cultural perspective among our students and parents. As part of the international school community, we are setting standards of excellence in preparing our students to meet future challenges. We also provide a school bus service, ESL support and extracurricular activities for our students who are interested in these services.
