It is now nearing the end of November and the interior work has pretty much come to completion. At this point, the design has clearly surpassed our initial expectations.

Construction work on the interior of Breeze Meguro is really progressing as walls are getting cladded with gypsum board and fixtures are roughed in.

The building work continues on the Housing Japan house in Meguro. We are calling it BREEZE MEGURO.

The wettest rainy season on record has slowed us down but we continue to make slow progress.  The foundation slab is done, now comes the concrete walls of the first floor. You can see in these recent photos the builders are constructing the wooden frames for the walls.

The builders were finally able to start in the first week of June.  We purchased the land in February so it has taken about four months for the design, planning, approval and price negotiations.

The land purchase was done and we engaged an architect to work with us on the design.  One of the key driving factors of the design was our strong desire to have 2 car spaces.
