Concrete Walls Are Being Poured

The wettest rainy season on record has slowed us down but we continue to make slow progress.  The foundation slab is done, now comes the concrete walls of the first floor. You can see in these recent photos the builders are constructing the wooden frames for the walls.

Building Meguro House Begins…

The builders were finally able to start in the first week of June.  We purchased the land in February so it has taken about four months for the design, planning, approval and price negotiations.
